As a tenant, I’ve been taken aback by the aggressive and punitive approach taken by Gestion Immobilière Griffin and the condo association at my residence. Despite being a responsible and respectful tenant, I recently received an immediate fine of $100 for simply staying a bit past closing hours in the building’s common area.
