Paul is the most helpful person. We cannot thank him enough for all the extra, extra work he does to help Lois. He is thoughtful, so patient, so kind and so pleasant. I have never met a nicer person.!!!!
My treatment at Westbury Center of Jackson was Great. I was nervous because I never had to go to a Rehab facility. All the staff were friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and supportive. I would to thank the PT and OT Department, Nurses, CNAs, and all staff for making my experience phenomenal in a stressful situation.
Two reviews for two separate individuals Eddy and Paul. Eddie is super caring and super friendly— taking excellent care of my grandfather at a critical time in his life. I’m very grateful for empathetic and caring individuals really pouring their good heart and soul in to what they’re doing. This time period for me is very emotionally challenging and knowing my grandfather is in good hands is a huge comfort to me.
