Recently moved into here. Dealt pretty exclusively with Danielle. She has been one of the most gracious, kind, and pleasant property managers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The grounds have been kept up well enough, and the apartment, despite it's age, has also been fairly well kept up. The couple of small issues I've had thus far have been addressed in a fairly efficient and professional manner. Would suggest living here, despite the overall lack of out-of-unit amenities at the property.

Normally I would say it’s a great place to live. However lately I have had several issues with getting timely repairs and sometimes no repairs. I have listed in portal and made phone calls. I feel the longer I reside here the less my need matters, as if I’m no longer wanted here. Even though I do like it here because of the convenient location and the friendliness of staff.

I became a resident in May 2025. My experience with the administrative staff and maintenance teams have been great. I live in a unit with good neighbors who assure my delivery packages make it to my inside door. I pray my peaceful existence continues.

I lived at Westbury lake for 3 yrs and found it to be very comfortable. The building that I lived in had awesome neighbors and were very friendly. I do feel however that for the rent charged there could be more amenities. Maintenance was great and the administrators and the office were great. If I had not had a career change, I would still be living there. Nice place to reside.

Currently living here right now 3 months into my lease and all i can say is for as much as they charge, with no amenities and a non luxury apartment, they could at least respond and be helpful. Every time i’ve tried to reach out i’ve been given a virtual assistant and can almost never reach the office, on top of the three months we’ve been here maintenance has been awful. went almost a full month without my dishwasher when i first moved in. Definitely won’t be resigning.
