Kosta Petridis, the manager, is an absolute gem! Always punctual, honest, and goes the extra mile. If you’re in the market for a car, whether you need to lease or buy, Kosta is your go-to person. Trust me, you won’t find a better customer service experience anywhere else.
Only use their services if you’re fine dropping your car off for many weeks and not being able to reach your customer rep because every time you call to get an update he’s “away from his desk”
Customer Satisfaction at it’s finest!! My service Agent Juan helped me from start to finish. He made sure this service was completed in a timely fashion to make sure it didn’t interrupt my busy schedule. He was very knowledgeable & kept me informed via text/call. I was even offered a ride home.
Highly recommend Westbury Jeep for repairs. Domenick Denovellis was my main contact at the shop and he really helped me when I came in with a cracked roof. Him and his repair technician worked hard on a solution and this was fixed quickly. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name to say thank you one more time for being so patient with my fix. Really appreciate Westbury Jeep.. we’ve been coming here for years!
