I wouldn't return to this place, mainly because of the valet parking. That man is rude. I would never take my car to this place again.
Horrible experience. When the 1st thing they say to you is you didnt buy the car from us, I knew i was in trouble. Have had the car for 3 years and have had an issue with the battery 3 times and of course not covered by warranty. They were not nice and not helpful. When I picked up the car after overpaying for a new battery, I got in the car and the temperature control had 2 options either high or low. I was very pleased with the services that my representative Joey provided on the day of my services.
I brought my Jeep for an inspection and oil change/ tire rotation to Jeep of Westbury, NY. I was initially greeted by Steve who handled my car’s needs. The wait was going to be awhile so he arranged for an Uber to drop me home and pick me up when service was completed. When I checked out I also dealt with Anderson and James at the service desk. All 3 gentlemen were extremely friendly, courthouse and respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with them and highly recommend Jeep of Westbury for all your service needs.
