Called to get pricing on a product, but even though I gave an exact description of what I needed; I was told the price varies and I would need to come in for a price. Just sounded a bit shady!
Absolutely the rudest. Bad customer service. The delivery guy was a gem. The manager was very curt and not offering any options. Would not take a return on an unopened toilet seat. Stay away. . I will never deal with them again

Yesterday I was told the brace I needed would arrive the next day between 11 and 2. Today at 2 I was told that it would be a few days and that they never offered next day guarantees. When I said I would have to cancel the order because I needed it immediately for work, the guy gave me a look of disgust. I never would've gone through them if I had known I would be lied to and then made to feel guilty because they did not live up to what they had promised. No apology was given.
