I was actually calling around to talk to different nursing homes trying to pick where to send a close family member to receive rehab. Well I called and had a conversation with someone named Andrew and he answered all my questions and informed me of what they offer to help get the patients back to their families and I was impressed and this place shot to the top of the list. Thanks for taking the time to help my family out with this decision.
Kim is awesome and goes above and beyond to answer all questions. She explains throughly the admission process; and how the facility operates.
When we met our care team the first day and some of the admin, my husband and I already felt the compassion they have for their patients. I may mess up some of the names and their spelling so I apologize now. The Concierge, Ms. Jackson, very approachable, I know I can rely on her when we need something to be done or may have some concern.
