We’ve been at Westbury McDonough for approximately 10 or so weeks for Rehab. Andrew and Janette from PT and OT are amazing and go out of their way to ensure the patients meet their recovery goals. The business office has been very helpful in navigating the business portion of our stay. Nurses Ellie and Gihan are so compassionate and caring and go above and beyond to care for their patients. CNA Latanya Tucker has a gentle spirit working with elderly patients and strives to protect their dignity. We appreciate you all.
Your facility surpassed all our expectations! It was difficult having to see our uncle in such a weakened condition but we were so relieved to discover he’s in good hands. Everyone was so kind and helpful. My uncle looked happy, and well cared for. Everything was clean and no unpleasant odors. There was even plenty of parking. Thanks for all you do to get our family members up and going and may God reward each of you richly!!
