This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a dental office. My first appointment actually went smoothly. I went in for a cleaning, and they even called me to come in earlier when they had cancellations, which I initially took as a good sign. I recently got a root-canal here, Dr. Oza-Chughtai did a great job telling me what she was going to do, what she was doing, and what to expect. Her doing this was great because it really helped me calm down and be able to trust her to do her job, i am very appreciative and grateful for her doing this.
