unprofessional . will make errors and do absolutely nothing to fix them . makes excuses and expect you to fix the issues yourself Edit: My issue was promptly resolved after being put into contact with someone who could actually help my situation. Only took a matter of minutes and was compensated for the frustration I had to endure. Thank you again Melissa Cira , you truly made my week!
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Very unhelpful when giving me the correct forms to fill out. I was given a form by one staff member (who appeared to be in training) and when I submitted it I was rudely told by another staff that I filled out the wrong form. I was then lectured by someone who appeared to be training the newer staff on what form I should have submitted. Horrible experience. Highly NOT RECOMMEND. shirt excuse for a bank. $7/ a day for an overdraft fee. Over $100 you stole from me! Cancelling my account ASAP. NOT RECOMMENDED. HORRIBLE BANKING.
