My usual garage in Oldham had to close so on recommendation booked in for MOT and Service on our BMW with Westbury this week. Great service. Came back to me within an hour of drop of to say what was needed, which was just what I expected. MOT done, Service and brake pads front and back done, one more job for the engine light to complete at another date as expected. (and a really good price for the part that’s is needed). Unprofessional and Overpriced – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. Initially, I was told that my car only had one issue — a glow plug error for that error he charged me £50 just to tell me the error. I agreed to have it fixed and asked for a service as well. After the work was done, I was shocked to be charged £380 plus £50 for the diagnosis, which is extremely expensive just for replacing a glow plug and doing a service. I would definitely recommend this garage. The staff are very professional, honest and polite. Sean took time to answer my questions and did so in layman's terms so I understood. Thanks.
I tried to book an MOT retest but was told it couldn't be done for for at least 10 days
Highly recommend this garage. Only had MOT's done so far but never any issues. Wouldnt hesitate to give them repair work. Very friendly.
