This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. On the very first day I moved in, I could tell the whole place hadn’t been cleaned at all — it was full of dust, just emptied out but never actually cleaned. Secondly, the facilities are terrible. It’s already very cold in the winter, but there’s no proper heating or air conditioning. The only “AC” is a tiny unit mounted on the living room wall, which doesn’t work well at all — it’s far from what a modern apartment should have. An outstanding establishment and wonderful place to live. First rate Rental/leasing staff are exquisitely friendly and professional. Top of the line maintenance team is excellently knowledgeable and courteous. Great apartment complex.
