This community has the best place to raise a family, especially school-going children, because it’s quiet and peaceful environment that makes it popular for residents who want peace and harmony for their children. This place has no drug peddlers whatsoever, because the city of Hopkins Police Department patrol cars are always on-site every single night, and this gives neighborhood families constant confidence of their safety. Durning the winter months! This place has a problem! Putting down salt! They plow? But don’t think Duh! It re freezes over night! They need to have some come putting salt down overnight!! They raise the association due! So they give themselves a nice big pay raise!! Both managers don’t need to make 6 figures income!!
I visited Cranberry Pointe recently. I was very impressed with how clean and well maintained it is. I met with the staff at the Association office, and they we extremely friendly and helpful - answering all of my questions in detail. Will I consider living at Cranberry Pointe? Absolutely!!!
Sure the homes are big. But this is about the association. It's expensive. It's expensive because of things we don't need. They added a bunch of benches, rocks, and other landscape (that we didn't need) and then raised the HOA monthly. With all these people here, paying that, I feel were being duped. But I will be the first to admit, that when I look at the financials statement, my eyes cross and I don't understand. So I'm not saying their crooks. I'm saying I feel overcharged.
Living here the last few years has been great! Love having what is essentially maintenance-free living - no lawn to mow, no driveway to shovel. Decent sized townhomes, and access to a pool, walking paths and a playground.
