My mother had surgery scheduled, she asked them if she could get surgical clearance from Dr Thomas. They told her Dr Thomas will be on vacation at that time. They do not return calls and have hung up on my mom as well. Not sure when her vacation is over but the voicemail says they will return calls within 24 hours. They do not, so either she has been on vacation for a month or she no longer wants to see my mother as a patient. Either one is fine, but the staff should communicate better. Dr. Thomas is a wonderful doctor. When my Dr. retired I was so upset. then I found Dr. Thomas. She is a very warm, friendly and patient Dr. She listened to me and I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend her to my family members and friends as someone you feel very comfortable with and very knowledgeable in her profession. Her office staff is equally efficient and personable which means very much to me.

Dr. Thomas ordered tests for me, the laboratory facility kept calling DR. Thomas office to get the proper approvals, I called her office and left messages multiple times asking her office to submit testing approvals with no luck.I had to find a facility that did the tests Dr. Thomas ordered after a lot of running around and back and forth. Went back to her so she could read me the results from the tests, read one of the tests. Was told she needed additional time to read the second test. She never followed up with me.
