Been going to this clinic since 1995; Dr Westbrook is really good, however going to retire soon, so other vet/staff taking over. Recently I wrote a one star review, to bring about awareness to the staff of some of the things that we had recently had experienced that needed to be addressed. Instead of an apology, I got excuses, and 3 days later a termination letter from the clinic. Very sad!
