I like my doctor but getting through on the phone line is ridiculous. I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks during the minimal times they actually take calls and you just get the recording over and over, I try and hold on but how long are you expect told hold and listen to this crappy recording?I am typing this while while the recording has been going off for more then 15 minutes and it is 3:33pm, so well within the clinic hours. I am positive they actually stop taking calls way before 4pm.
Why can't we get a hold of reception to make an appointment? This is utterly egregious. If your reception is not available for a certain amount of time you should let people know on your message when they call in and tell them to call back at a less busy time. Utterly irresponsible!!!! Having phone lines available for two hours a day is utterly unacceptable!!!

This clinic has been getting progressively worse over the last few years. Used to be pretty good but is completely unreliable now. Was recently in the clinic, they diagnosed with strep throat ( they didn't do any tests), doctor didnt listen to me when I disagree'd with her analysis. Gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. I am shocked of the many one star reviews, this clinic has received. My experience has been at the opposite site of the range. Over the years I used this clinic a few times. Perhaps close to, but under ten times. I never made an appointment just walked in, at this walk-in clinic, go figure. The front staff took my info, always in a professional manner.
