We just like to see the mobile home park would hand out the rent papers On Time. We hate wait until late 6pm getting our rent paper in order to pay our rent by 1st. We have to pay by the time the office closes at 4pm. So we are already late handing it in. Since we get the paper at 6 and they close at 4.. Handing the papers out the day before 1st by 12pm would help out a lot. Or having pay online would be great.
