RecommendedThey take great care of the property to have a bneat and great looking place to live
We really wanted to move there due to issues where we are now. We went back a couple of days ago and the manager Natasha said that she had a red flag because we wasn't happy where we are. People move because they aren't happy or want to own their own home. My credit and personality aren't bad and for her to sat that really hurt. My suggestion is to never give more information about your reasons for anything.

Nice, quiet manufactured home community.
It takes me a long time to feel at home when I move. I've lived here for 18 years. I felt at home almost from day 1! Very quiet, and the neighbors are so nice. It's peaceful, and so beautiful! I especially love the Spring when all the trees are in bloom.....I'll leave here one of these days, but it will be in a box!
I have lived in the village since 1998 It is one of the cleanest manufactured home communities in the Noblesville area come and check it out see for yourself
It's great place to live ☺️residents and owners take pride in their homes.
