One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I had a highly disappointing experience with this dealership's service department. Scheduling an appointment was a challenge, as availability was extremely limited. When I finally managed to book, the representative on the phone confirmed a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $79.95 with a service coupon, plus $35–$40 for the tire rotation, bringing the total to about $109 before tax. I can’t complain about the service. I came in for routine PM - draining and refilling driveline fluids - knowing it would be pricier at a dealer. I also understand the standard approach to billing from the ‘system’. However, charging me a full hour each for three drain/fills, which took 20 minutes each, is exorbitant. Paying $480 (plus $52 for a transmission flush kit when there was no flush), for one hour of labor simply isn’t fair, whatever the system says.
