Randomly visited the team. Over the past 3 years reached out to dozens of businesses, blogs and other resources unsuccessfully. Team advised me on a jet boat steering cable, carburetors, enrichment valve, along with other information. Very knowledgeable and one of the few competent marine businesses that will tune up or repair jet boats and my 6-cylinder Mercury engine. Sometimes we get lucky and find a knowledgeable and willing professional business.
Westbrook Powersports were professional and went above and beyond. I had 2 skis serviced and they easily diagnosed them and kept me updated the entire time on the progress. Quick turnaround time too. My glovebox covers were broken and they put new ones on, no charge. Will definitely be coming back!
This place is an absolute disorder of professionalism. They never worked on my machine when they said they did. And proceeded to bullshitbme all the way through. I never recommend anything from them
Cornering the market!! Taking advantage of Connecticut residents!! By offering wildly high prices awful customer service and not even putting gas in jet ski terrible owners maybe the sleep in coffins at night # they should be ashamed
I rented a jet ski for a couple of hours and took my son out for some pure adrenaline. I got that thing up to 50 on the straight away. Two hours for $160 was very reasonable. I recommend it and would do it again. 2 hrs is perfect, because any longer and your legs and arms take a beating in the sound.
