My experience with Westbrook pool and spa is both good and bad. I bought a part that worked for my pool however the vacuum head I bought wouldn't fit the pole I had. The store mentioned no returns which I thought duh I wouldnt try to return a used item but this item is brand new in the box and they wont take it back (literally an hour later). So if you purchase from Westbrook Pool and spa, make sure the product will work for your pool or else you out!
