My house would be a block of ice if it wasn't for Dave. My pipes froze around [what is now known as] the blizzard of 2018. My heat was broken during that string of subzero temperatures, and I was in a bad spot. I called 2 other plumbers to get estimates, before calling Dave. Awful. General contractor (Tom Mack) used Westbrook as a sub-contractor. Moved a sink, but didn't attach it to the wall, or rather, used backwards toggle bolts, one not even screwed in. Painting around a wobbly sink first clued me in, then looking from the underside, seeing a toggle on the outside of the fixture (meaning wall-sink-toggle instead of toggle-wall-sink) was the second red flag, and worse yet, the other toggle was outside the wall, on backwards, and the bolt slid right out of the wall!
