I have lived here for several years and I am ready to move .Don t move here they used to clean the property and fix the homes real nice that I was so happy to have family and friends come over. Since they let Mrs Luna go it hasn t been the same .The new Manager comes to work late and then they take 2 hour lunches and she never walks the property. The rest of her employees never work and they seem to not care.It has been days when the office is closed and it is not a holiday......
Hey ,MaryI moved-out last month from Westbrook and I am happy now. Let me tell you that Westbrook is not a quiet place there are alot of parties on the weekends and police are always called out due to fights... the new manager is never in the office she gets there about 10 and takes a 2 hours lunch and leaves early her and the other lady...the workers are always in their house and all of them are drinking during work hours .....I guess that is the kind of employees that they like since they let the good manager go....like th... read more
New manager is fair and honest. The park is always quiet...nice place to live.
This has to be one of the worse places I have ever lived!Management is the worst ever Rose is racist,rude,an makes up rules as she goes.There are drugs every where you look and the cop living in the park is just as bad and he is suppose to be head of the drug task force but there are drug dealers living 3 doors down from hem!!Do not move here!!
I have lived here for 6 years and we have never had a Manager that really cares about this property.I was ready to move and most of my neighbors too.When they hired this Manager they did a good job and then they hired her daughter it was a bonus. Nobody that ever worked here cared about this property they just wanted a pay check.They always had people running in and out of the office drinking and partying never caring what the residents needed.
