I can not say enough qualifying remarks regarding Jessica Duggar and her entire staff. I expect to wait at an appointment. I expect copay and discussion regarding insurance and billing. What comes as unexpected is always the compassion, skills, and expediency with which appointments are made, tests are set up, referrals are sent out, and prescriptions addressed. All of the staff are very attentive, Jessica Duggar is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. This clinic is quick to fit you in as best they can, and they are always willing to work with you with ease at any request you may have.
Now called Duggar Family practice She had several opportunities to talk to me and answer questions I had and I always was cut short. My daughter goes to her and she's wonderful to my daughter. I guess we just clashed
Had a very serious health issue recently. The staff was able to make an early appointment. Jessica Duggar took time discuss the problem and performed treatment herself. After only 4 days the issue has improved dramatically. Great team and very trustworthy.
The receptionist was very disrespectful sand rude to me over the phone
