While speaking to a service advisor he told me that a diagnosis will cost $162.0 which is a ripoff. I declined because the cost was excessive and and I wiould viasit Cardinal Honda who mayay not charge this fee. I've bought my last two cars from them and the service staff is always wonderful.
Arrived today, for my 10am oil change. Waited 45 minutes, then they called me and asked what I needed done today. They had not even started. I walked out. Last time I was there I stupidly waited 90 minutes. This is not ever happening again. Stay away!
