Mr Monroe, (owner of Westbrook Home Improvements), helped my wife and I with renovating our dream cottage in Old Saybrook. From start to finish everything was great. He only deals in Valor brand which is THE highest quality fireplace imaginable - built to last! Glenn was very professional, qualified and actually left our house cleaner than he found it!
Glenn installed 2 fireplaces for us and we are so impressed with his craftsmenship and the quality of the fireplace units! He was here every day when he said he would be. We never had to wait! This old fashioned customer service seems to be a thing of the past. He was there from the beginning to the end and took such pride in his work!
