Inconsistent help. At my last appointment, Kari, a NP, stated helping me is “above her capabilities”. However, over a year ago, when I asked about Genesight, she stated “it requires alot of paperwork”. The ethical and professional option is to refer me to someone who is capable and/or discharge me.
This is a good facility. However, they do not seem equipped to handle complex trauma. Therapies such as EMDR or IFS are not available, in my experience.
Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Their workers bully my poor uncle and tell him his dog is dead and so much worse— this is poor behavior for people taking care of the disabled.
This location is located in a small town. Gossip is rampant. The front desk staff are polite and friendly. The nurse practitioner is treating me like a Guinea pig. If I become suicidal, it will be partially her fault. I will file a complaint, if needed. She is not prescribing me needed medication, and refuses to compromise. However, they asked a strange and personal question about my neighbors, which was unrelated to my care. It gave the impression staff might listen to gossip about their clients and have preconceived notions.
