This is a good facility. However, they do not seem equipped to handle complex trauma. Therapies such as EMDR or IFS are not available, in my experience.
Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Their workers bully my poor uncle and tell him his dog is dead and so much worse— this is poor behavior for people taking care of the disabled.
This location is located in a small town. Gossip is rampant. The front desk staff are polite and friendly. The nurse practitioner is treating me like a Guinea pig. If I become suicidal, it will be partially her fault. I will file a complaint, if needed. She is not prescribing me needed medication, and refuses to compromise. However, they asked a strange and personal question about my neighbors, which was unrelated to my care. It gave the impression staff might listen to gossip about their clients and have preconceived notions.
I came in for a sensitive medication that you CANNOT get off quickly or it can kill you. I saw the psychiatrist and it was extremely impersonal it is all telemed. I was refused medication I have been on for 10 years, I asked what do I do to prevent seizures. I was told go to the ER. Thank god I found a provider that cares about patients wellbeing because this one does not care if you live or die or your quality of life. Absolutely horrid and textbook malpractice.
