This location is located in a small town. Gossip is rampant. The front desk staff are polite and friendly. The nurse practitioner is treating me like a Guinea pig. If I become suicidal, it will be partially her fault. I will file a complaint, if needed. She is not prescribing me needed medication, and refuses to compromise. However, they asked a strange and personal question about my neighbors, which was unrelated to my care. It gave the impression staff might listen to gossip about their clients and have preconceived notions.
I came in for a sensitive medication that you CANNOT get off quickly or it can kill you. I saw the psychiatrist and it was extremely impersonal it is all telemed. I was refused medication I have been on for 10 years, I asked what do I do to prevent seizures. I was told go to the ER. Thank god I found a provider that cares about patients wellbeing because this one does not care if you live or die or your quality of life. Absolutely horrid and textbook malpractice. Everyone is very friendly and The person I see is great. Seems to really care about me. I hate being in public but my trips to westbrook are fairly pleasant. I would recommend westbrook to anyone.
Don't waste your time if you're trying to get a job here. They only hire their friends. I went in for 2 different interviews and from the jump they knew I had no experience. That was stated on my online application n during 1st interview. They wasted my time by bringing me back in to meet the director from Ripley office n support person from Parkersburg for my interview.
