I recently switched doctors, because I moved quite far away from the office I used to go to. My mom and I go to the same doctor, because as a disabled adult, I need her to help me get there, and it’s easier for us to have back to back appointments. I made it very clear that I would be advocating for myself (and my mom), because we have both had poor experiences in the past with physicians. Ever since I switched to upstairs it’s been nothing but issues. I heard intermed is better trying to switch if insurance allows. I see why there 3.5 stars now. Use to love this place but gone down hill. Pediatrics is so so great and dr youth (if still there) is the only good dr.

My dr are acting stupid because they don't want to refill my meds they have called me most of the week by multiple providers and Ive told them why I need the meds 10 times everytime like repetitively throughout the week thats why I say they are stupid they act stupid around me ignoring most of what I say I repeat myself a lot around my drs throughout my visit mote then 5 times in less than 20 minutes even over the phone said they would call me back never did just playing phone games I repeat myself I feel like a wall listens... read more

Always able to get me in for more urgent appointments if i call. My primary care dr has always listened well and made me feel like i can trust putting my care in her hands. I 10/10 recommend this office if you’re looking for a primary care physician, but the waiting list is long for new patients.
