I do not recommend renting here. I lived in this apartment for one year and had a very disappointing experience. Management appeared to have concern only when it came to collecting money, but not when it came to addressing tenant issues or returning funds owed. During my stay, there was a kitchen sink overflow that caused food spoilage. I was told I would receive a damage reimbursement, but even five months after moving out, the money was never returned despite multiple follow-ups. It seems like everyone else gets the managers good side except me. I havent even been living here for a year, and multiple times I've been let down, and harassed. I made a maintenance request friday and didnt get it fixed until tuesday, and received 0 communication from management other than saying they were coming Monday. I waited all day Monday and nothing. Tuesday the repairman told me the manager told him not to come Monday. Like why? It was a 15 minute fix. I had to go 4 days with dirty dishes because my sink wasn't wor... read more
My landlord has been great! I've lived here for about a year now, and for the few issues I've had, landlord has been right on-top of it and fixed the issues right away. Thanks for always being a call away and for fixing issues so quickly!
