For a building plan approval takes 4 months ! where is your duty of care and professionalism?
Worst developer I have ever seen. Our buider( Burbank )send them our new home colours selection documents for approval but they keep delaying and it’s almost 5 months they didn’t approve it. We are so frustrated for their behaviour. Our land titled in June last year and we are paying the monthly instalments. And it’s also delaying for our new home construction.
No park space as per the plan there is a park near Rhonda Crescent and you guys just selling not developing any amenities neighbourhood estates got good parks than yours
Westbrook ruined my dream home….. One of the worst developers, booked a LOT 19 months back.. they promised land will title in March 2023 (first quarter of 2023) but they broke their promise many times, Finally we got a Mail from Westbrook in last week (October 1st week ) for land valuation then we got land value is 60k less then purchaes price . i am storngly recommanded don't buy lands in westbrook and dennies family other estates. They ruined too many families dreams .
