Everyone at Westbrook Electrolysis is knowledgeable, kind and enjoys the work that they do. Pam, Brandon and Sydney are all great to work with. The office and treatment rooms are clean and brightly lit. The atmosphere is upbeat and I look forward to my appointments. I am seeing real progress in thick facial hair due to hormonal imbalance. If you're considering electrolysis, you will be in great hands at Westbrook.

Westbrook is a family business. If you're looking for 100% professionalism all the time, this place probably isn't for you. If you want to be treated like part of the family in a welcoming and friendly environment, this is your place. Prepare to get Pam's firecracker personality, Sydney's shy smiles, and/or a science lesson from Brandon. Either way, they'll do their best to make you hairless in the process.

I have been coming for several months and have seen Pam, Brandon and Sydney. All 3 are very friendly and professional. I looked into electrolysis when I read that laser removal does not work for light colored hair and as a senior citizen, most of the hair I wanted to address was white. I was tired of plucking chin and shaving facial hair. I have been very pleased with the results and the business. I highly recommend Westbrook Electrolysis.
