Dated condo building with owners and renters mixed throughout. The reviews are pretty accurate, but I enjoyed my year here as a renter. The management was always helpful and responsive. One of the parking lots received a new treatment before I left. It didn't look like they did a new top coat, just painted and re-striped (which is severely needed in all the lots). Hopefully they were continuing with the other lots. The building could use some updates, but the friendly staff, neighbors, and location were all great.

Please don't move here it's terrible. There apartments are just as dark and dingey as the hallway. The rent for 1 bedroom is the same as a 2 bedroom apt anywhere else, and they keep Increasing the rent. The pool is honestly not worth the price it's always crowded. Don't be fooled by their "gyms" it's a room in the basement with dumbbells and like 2 other machines. Also don't even get me started on the parking. People don't know how to park here !!!! They will take 2 parking spaces. The walls are so thin I would wake up to my... read more

We have been renting a condo here for 10 yrs. The owners of the apt. are very kind & usually respond quickly to our inquiries & or needs. They get 5 stars even though our rent was raised enormously this year, “for us.” Although they kept their promise to us & didn’t raise the rent, as originally agreed for the first 9 yrs. we lived here.
