I would not recommend living here. There have been ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues that have made this experience extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. There was a mouse inside our apartment, as well as dog droppings left in common hallway areas. We were told an exterminator would come to set traps for the mouse, but no one ever came. Don't rent here! , My landlord and her boyfriend has already walked into my apartment, now my heat has been out for now over a week and I've been complaining to my landlord and the lease office about it for days the office still isn't trying to resolve the issue and keeps giving the runaround. They want you to run stove and space heaters to help them but they not trying to fix heat and this is an ongoing issue.
Visited family and loved the building and apartment. Peaceful, quiet location thinking about moving back home.
Worst apartment complex. Persistent roach problems which was already an issue before I moved in. I asked to move to a different unit because of the infestation but my request was ignored. Do NOT move here.
Dated condo building with owners and renters mixed throughout. The reviews are pretty accurate, but I enjoyed my year here as a renter. The management was always helpful and responsive. One of the parking lots received a new treatment before I left. It didn't look like they did a new top coat, just painted and re-striped (which is severely needed in all the lots). Hopefully they were continuing with the other lots. The building could use some updates, but the friendly staff, neighbors, and location were all great.
