My dog had an allergic rxn to several bee stings and I was in and out in an hour and a half with a prompt diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care instructions! The staff was knowledgeable kind and supportive. To top it off, they were reasonably priced too!

Have to medicate dog for vet visits, called ahead, Waited for 3 hours before we left. People that arrived after us with non emergencies taken first.

Our Golden Retriever had total hip replacement with Dr. Townsend 6 weeks ago. We’re very happy so far with his results. Westbridge and Dr. T have also been very helpful in answering any concerns we had post-op, our dog had some GI side effects from his pain meds and they worked with us to help us find a new med and try omeprazole to help his regurgitation from the pain meds. It was our first major surgery with a dog so we did not know what was or wasn’t normal and they explained the recovery process well. We hope in 4 weeks ... read more

I recently had to bring my 18 year old cat who had chronic kidney disease, and was not in a good place. I knew going in she might not come home again. I brought her in and everyone who works there was very professional and empathetic. The doctor reviewed her very thoroughly, and confirm my suspicion that it might be best to put her down to avoid further pain or complications.
