We took our cat in when he was in distress and had Dr Lambe. She was very kind and got back to us right away to explain that he needed emergency surgery with Dr. Townsend who did an amazing job. Our cat ended up having large cell lymphoma and we were referred to a cancer treatment center. During treatment we had to go back to Westbridge when our cat couldn’t breathe. My first trip there. Staff were courteous, and facilities clean. What impressed me the most was the vet- Dr. Townsend. He seemed very knowledgeable of the issues and alternatives for my dog, Ollie. He took his time with me, to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood what we were going to do moving forward. It was refreshing to talk to someone who wasn’t in a hurry to leave after 5 minutes! I will definitely recommend (actually, it’s only been 2 days and I’ve already recommended your hospital!).
Fantastic care and upfront service cost estimates make this my absolute go-to for emergency vet care. Unfortunately I have needed their services twice in such cases and each time my dogs were provided great care with in depth diagnostics.
