Do not move to this park if you are reading this, they make you promises and when it's time for them to fulfill their end, they don't do it. I am proof of it. I was told my concrete driveway would be fixed when I moved in. I've been here 4 years and they just now. Fix 2 blocks at the end of my driveway. When the whole thing was supposed to be done, they violate their own contracts consistently. And when you complain about it, they write you up for frivolous b******* But when you when you try to call them and question it. The... read more

Westbridge Manor is by far the WORST place I’ve ever lived in…and I’ve lived in some pretty crappy places too. This place is a complete joke. I went from paying $900 to almost $1500 all because I didn’t sign another year lease with them. They kept raising my month to month fee every few months. It took them 6 months to finally order a mailbox key. They don’t fix the dozen pot holes that were on my street. In the winter time the maintenance guy plowed snow in my driveway to where I couldn’t get out of my driveway. I’ve been c... read more
This isn’t the place to live if you have more than 2 vehicles or if stray cats bother you badly when they get in your trash or under neath your hood. The place when we first got them felt welcoming and we were told we could use extra spots near by everything felt fine until we started living there for a little and then receiving notices for parking on the lawn which isn’t exactly right, but the empty lot across the street I seen no harm in.
