Love the community and what Westbow is achieving. DO NOT like the boom lift they use to put siding on their houses. This loud gas powered lift will ruin your day week long. They run it on days off, stat holidays, Christmas Eve. It is LOUD and gas powered. 8 hours of it daily. Westbow does not invest in any electric technology to save residents the noise. I had a bad problem with my windows so i went over to customer care, showed the problem and they were so chill with it, just said 5 minutes, came over to the house and fixed my windows. Mike and his partner were amazing and have very comedic jokes. Thank you!
We bought in Cedarbrook about two years ago and have been very happy here! One of the really nice things is that Westbow’s customer service team is wonderful to deal with. Mike, in particular, is amazing! He is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and responsive! Thank you for everything!
The two man crew came in assessed and returned promptly to patch up a couple issues repaired a couple areas and all handled properly and professionally
