I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this garage. In July, I had a tyre replaced here. Soon after, my TPMS light came on and the tyre began losing air. I later discovered that the problem was coming from the TPMS valve and sensor. When I contacted a tyre specialist to fix the issue, he immediately told me that the damage was clearly caused during the tyre change, either the part had not been replaced correctly or it had been broken in the process. Wow, what can I say? Neil was just fantastic, I was stranded with my van on my way to work with a major issue. Neil wasted no time in helping me and doing his upmost to get me back on the road as soon as possible. An absolute Gent and I’m greatly appreciative for the help and service I received.

Westbourne Motors have provided excellent service this last year. I have landed on their doorstep a few times with differing car problems that they have fixed for me quickly and charged a fair price. They have also done a couple of big jobs that have also been fairly priced. Highly recommend their services.

I went in for a service today and it costed a lot more than I expected. A lot of extra things were put on my service that I didn’t really feel like I needed eg. Car key batteries and other things. The front wheel were apparently not road legal even though I had an MOT only a couple of months ago saying my tires were close to the legal limit but still good and I just didn’t feel at any point that they were being honest with me. I’ll probably just go somewhere else next time.
