Amazing company! Beautiful work, friendly owner and employees. My mom and I called Brandon on the recommendation of a friend. The best part? After getting our new heat pump, our electric bill went from $238 to $84!
We woke up to a cold house. I called several HVAC service providers and the easiest the others could respond was 4 days, in the coldest week of the winter. Westbound had a service person here in 3 hours. He found the issue quickly and we agreed on a plan. He then consulted with his boss and came up with another plan that saved us hundreds of dollars didn't require ordering parts, or another service call.
These fellas are fantastic! Brandon the owner, was on time, on target, got here quite literally the day after I called to view the house and had a bid for me right away. He had a sense of trustworthiness that I couldn't deny, of course I used them. Brandon, Riley and the crew, were in and out in less than a day, went the extra mile on the install, were very polite, cleaned up after themselves like I would have done and quite frankly made my day! Riley did an excellent job… explained everything to my understanding.. showed what the problem was…repaired everything and made sure it worked properly before leaving.. I would definitely recommend this company..
Brandon and his crew are exceptional. Friendly and truly make you feel like you are a valued customer. And they upgraded my furnace to an energy efficient heat pump in less than 24hours!!
