Had a great experience with Westbound Auto Repairs getting my SH Subaru Forester roadworthied. Was given a recommendation by family to drop in. Marty was straightforward, honest and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They clearly identified everything required for the vehicle to pass and were very fair in giving me options: either have the repairs completed through them or attempt to fix certain items myself and return for a retest. Had my car put down for 4 weeks. No updates. Only tell us they don’t want to fix the car as they won’t make money out of it after we called and asked. No sense of responsibility or whatsoever. Not sure why are they so inefficient.
