Honest opinion from the owner, did not over charge
Get an engine light and it's running terrible. They tell me "plugs and coils". I say: "Are you absolutely sure? I just had another shop look at it and they told me they had no idea what the problem is". He tells me "yep, absolutely" so I go ahead with their ridiculously high price. Runs fine out of the shop. Literally, next morning same engine problem. Talk to owner he basically tells me bring it back we'll throw parts at it till we figure out the problem and you can pay for our incompetency, labor and parts. Hacks pretendin... read more
Mike is awesome , fixed my brakes today in under an hour. A lot of mechanics just take your money , he assess the damage and charges the best prices , he even fixed my ac on the house just because he saw I was having a bad day , this man knows the ins and outs , I don’t trust anyone else
The guys at Westborn went above and beyond in taking care of my car repairs. The price was unmatched. On top of amazing price and service, they were extremely kind, honest, and treated me with respect. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ill not take my car anywhere else!
We came across this local auto shop after being turned away by two other places, and I’m honestly so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, Mike made my brother and me feel welcome. He was patient, honest, and took the time to explain everything so we always knew what was going on. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people who walk through his doors, and that kind of service is hard to come by. I’d definitely recommend Westborn Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to get auto repairs.
