Absolutely amazing customer service. I stored 2 motorcycles worth $70k and had no issues. Very clean space and responsive employees.
The first Cube Smart reservation I made was online, the location called me the next morning to tell me that my reservation was not worth the paper it was written on. They had no idea the spot it was even on the website and did not even bother to help me find another location that could help me. Uhaul pays you $50 if your reservation is no good.
