Excellent experience with Westbank! Very Professional team
My experience with Westbank, including at The Raven, has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The unit was not delivered on the agreed possession date and was not in a habitable condition. There were unresolved construction and cleanliness issues, and I was told repairs would be done after move-in, which I found completely unacceptable. Bought a place at Kensington Gardens. Now I know I'm not the only one with deficiencies but their warranty team is an absolute joke. I've had a hole in my ceiling the cut into to fix a pipe for 2 months now. After multiple emails and calls, still nothing. Absolutely pathetic. Here’s an edit years later. Stop using bots to write reviews. Worst customer service. Contacted them several times, and no response. The butterfly building has a constant beeping alarm at all hours of the night. Their basketball court would light up my apartment all hours of the night. I emailed, sent them messages and no response. Irresponsible. It's a pleasure to see that there are barely any apartments lit up at night. Means that this building is as vacant as the souls of the people working for Westbank corp.
