Customer service doesn’t exist. They never reply to phone number ever or call back. Do not buy anything with them. My AC water pump was broken for weeks, finally they sent Somatic to fix and the guy broke AC completely. Now nothing happens for them to fix their issue they have created. AC is not working in $3mln condo and they don’t care. PS. I see multiple potential buyers here, so will make sure they know to avoid Westbank and go somewhere else. This is a joke company.

I cannot recommend any Westbank development after my experience at Joyce2. The biggest issue is that many of us signed leases because we were told this building would include amenities such as the gym, rooftop, party room, outdoor spaces and parking. Those amenities were a major selling point and influenced our decision to rent here. We had a very disappointing experience. There was a major water leak throughout the building, and when we tried to contact the property manager, he did not respond. The issue was never handled properly, and instead of taking responsibility, they denied everything. No one offered us any help or support. The staff were rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even worse. I do hope Kush and Amir get this praise. Finished doing a heavy table delivery at 114 East 4th Ave in Van. Doing a delivery for Mosaic Homes.
