Your new preparer never contacted me to request a copy, which I wouldn't do anyway due to privacy issue. You, though, were email a copy of your 2008 tax return and also mailed a hard copy to the address you gave me.
Cheryl has done my taxes for 7 years in a row now! I moved out of state and still have her do my taxes!! She will be receiving an E-mail from me later this afternoon to file this years. Thanks Cheryl for the great service as usual.
These people did my taxes for about eight years. They did not send me a copy of my 2008 taxes, and they refuse to send it to my new accountant, or to me.
Please call me. I do not show that I prepared a return in January for a Rachel. I DO return ALL phone calls within 24 hours! Especially if there is a problem with a refund. If by chance you are still having a problem, give me a call, I will take the call immediately! I also keep all messages left. I do not have any from Rachel!
Everything was great at first, very nice lady, quick and efficient, reasonable price. But then I only received half of what I was supposed to get. When I let Cheryl know she was not quick and efficient then, Didnt return calls, said she was busy. Still waiting on a response as to what happened to the rest of my 6,000 dollars! :(
