Darran helped me pick out my new car and I couldn’t be happier with it. The car was well maintained and fairly priced, and I was able to trade in my whole vehicle. Darran was very communicative during the whole experience and made sure I was aware of what was going on every step of the way. I’ll be sure to refer WestAuto WA to my friends!
These guys keep changing their name every few years to avoid the bad reviews. Then they pay for fake 5-star reviews. Two of friends purchased cars here when they were “Range City Auto” and both had endless troubles. They were lied to and intimidated when they tried to get the issues resolved. Also, the owners love to send angry legal letters to further intimidate people who leave bad reviews. Avoid these guys at all costs! Everything was fantastic! It’s the second time I’ve bought my own car and I just should tell it was brilliant! No words needed to say about the staff! They were always concerned about my worries for buying a car and helped me over and over by the use of tact and kindness! I love my car! It’s a new and tremendous experience!
We had an excellent experience with the owner Hamid was so very helpful and attentive. Everything was according to plan. The car was in an excellent condition. Hamid, the owner is and experience and know what he's talking about. 100% recommend.
