I would say Westate Property is the worst in-terms of etiquette and client management. I applied for a property for a lease and put my application through but never got a response whether it was successful or unsuccessful. I chased it twice and both of the times, the customer service was pretty rude and when i asked for an update, they told me that somebody has been already approved.
