Great service, great communication. Do not take your camper or RV to the big box places to be repaired! Took ours to CW and they did an absolutely terrible job on a membrane that tore off the first time we went on the road! Took our camper to Westar to do the repair and a list of other things we needed done. They did a fantastic job keeping us updated every step of the way. They got our business for life.
Freddie has done an outstanding service to me this past two years. My wife and I are new to owning a RV. We have experienced several problems with our unit out in the state parks. Freddie has come out to our campsite, make a quick repair and get us back on the road. This month the Transformer Relay burned out. Freddie was able to talk me through the diagnostics, order correct replacement and answer my questions throughout the repair. Freddie you be da man. Thank you.
Freddie did awesome for us. Had to replace entire A/C unit. He came to us and repaired it. He was honest extremely prompt did a Quality job at a good price.
Freddy was very helpful, on time & great communication. He was able to fix our door problem without additional parts. I appreciate his assurance that he'd come back if we have the same issue. I recommend him for sure.
Very accommodating, punctual, fair pricing, knowledgeable. Will use again and highly recommend.
