I’ve dealt with a number of Rv repair people. That said, Freddy was responsive and knowledgeable. Clearly communicated the timeline and expected cost. Couldn’t ask for more from a mobile/onsite repair guy. 10/10 would recommend again.
Wow, I can't figure out how this dude gets five star ratings. I say dude because that's his vocabulary. Along with brother and hey man I'm doing you a favor. I live five miles from his shop and he offered to look at my camper with water damage. I waited three days for the appointment so that he could come out and look at it. I took off work at 1:00 to be back home to meet him for a 2 o'clock appointment. No show and I had tocontacted him. Westar RV services for the win! Freddie and his team were top notch. Outstanding communication, extensive knowledge, and experience with all RV systems. They were able to assist on a last minute repair for my 2025 Alliance Valor. Highly recommend.

Freddy is the best! His guys and him went above and beyond on my trailer repair. They were very efficient and methodical. Freddy is very knowledgeable about all the questions I put him through!
