I moved recently and so I was told that the apartment we moved out of was going to be cancelled of evergy service and now I find out a month later that it wasn't cancelled and that I have to pay for the apartment I moved out of and the one I moved into because the lady who I talked to failed to cancel even though she said it was going to be cancelled.
While I appreciate evergy coming out to trim a tree in my back yard to clear the lines, I absolutely do not appreciate the workers leaving my back gate open while they’re not there. I came home to let my dogs out, and one of them immediately ran through the open gate and almost got hit by a car. If a yard is fenced in, make sure you close the damn gate!
They're so dumb they can't fix a freaking storm cloud.
