Over 24 hours with a “crew assigned” just to go back to “awaiting assignment” absolute garbage of a monopoly
Good luck getting ahold of anybody . Seems like every time we have a storm we loose electricity while all the blocks around us don't. When I complained they said it went by percentage of down time before they would upgrade anything. We weren't down enough according to percentage.
As a monopoly they clearly do not care about you. What are you gonna do? Go without power? lol
I wanted to share my experience to warn others before signing up. I followed all of Evergy’s instructions when I received my new thermostat — it was installed by a licensed HVAC company, connected to Wi-Fi, and showed as enrolled in the Evergy app. After 90 days, I received an unexpected $150 charge saying my thermostat wasn’t enrolled.
