The manager at the Benicia branch on military street is extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely.The worst service i've ever had at a bank
Never busy, close to work.
ATM Shorted me $60.00 while the branch was open. Staff couldn't or wouldn't resolve this. Told me to use the red phone in the branch. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. They said they will investigate. Rotten customer service and worst interest rates of any bank in Benicia.
The staff is friendly but I don't use their products. I got better deals elsewhere.
