I live less than 1 block from this bank, and went to get change for a 20 dollar bill. I was told since I am not a customer they "can't" do that. I am sure this is the mangers policies. Well they must have soo many customers they don't need to attract new potential customers. I was looking for 2nd bank near by to diversify my funds, I will make sure now to never use them, since they apparently have bad mangement skills.
