I began as a customer at WestAmerica Bank in the 80's in Marin County, and have kept my accounts with them all these years. I've always appreciated the stellar customer service and importantly, have appreciated the convenience of the drive-thru windows for banking services on Saturdays. Not so much anymore... Not only have the branches themselves gotten shabby (sebastopol & crossroads) but one by one, the saturday hours have ceased. I will be closing my accounts and switching to Redwood credit union because of this inconveni... read more
