Very rude, very offended by their behavior

Had a very hard time just activating a debit card, i didnt want to talk to their computer. I am 69 years old Nd been a customer for a very long time. Even though i am now in Oregon. Had to take over a half a hour. This is not right, they first agent couldn't help, i HAD TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISER!

They took over our bank and our loans and all they did was treat us like garbage! Paid back every dime of our loans yet still made us feel like dirt. Highly recommend not to bank with them.
