I might have been willing to join westamerica, as I live close by and im a businessowner, but they wouldn't exchange a hundred for 5's. Only for customers! Have made three trips to this office and the martinez office to get e statements and set up my online banking and i still am getting charged for e statments because I am still not set up for e statements. Their last excuse was my birthday was incorrect...just got my quarterly statement and going to withdraw and close my account since last quarter all I did was pay them $19 in fees.
